Taria take pride in offering high-quality leather jacket & shoes to our valued customers in the United Kingdom. We have outlined our shipping policy below. This will ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
1. Shipping Destination and Items Located
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States. Your order can be shipped to any address (excluding PO boxes/APO/FPO addresses) in the contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii. You can contact us for information about shipping to your region or country. Our factories are in United Kingdom and we will ship the package to you from the United Kingdom and United States factory.
2. Processing Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (Weekend + any holidays).
We ship packages within 1 – 2 working days of your order.
Our orders are usually delivered within 2 – 3 working days.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. However, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with proven carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS EMS. They offer insurance and tracking. All shipment times are on working days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times are subject to each carrier’s daily cut-off time and are dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will give you a tracking number. This way, you can monitor your shipment’s progress. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.
We strive to meet our estimated delivery times. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, customs inspections, or other factors, may lead to occasional delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
We or our delivery partner(s) will notify you of reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date. This will occur when events outside our control or our delivery partner’s control delay or prevent delivery from taking place at the original estimated date and time. Delivery of the Products will take place when we deliver them to the address that you gave to us. If we cannot deliver your Products within 90 days, we will:
a) let you know;
b) cancel your order;
c) give you a refund.
6. Shipping Address
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct during checkout. This will ensure accurate and timely delivery. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If we need to change an address, the logistics carrier may charge a fee. If you request us to change it on your behalf, we will invoice you for the cost. If the new address is far from the original, redelivery costs may apply. We are not responsible for misdeliveries due to customer error.
7. Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages
If there is no signature requirement, carriers may leave the package if the area is secure. If a signature is required and cannot be obtained, they may leave a door tag. Check tracking info for details.
If the item is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send a replacement at no cost.
If the package is returned due to misdelivery, we will re-ship it but the cost will be charged depending on weight and size.
If the package is marked “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier and request a trace within 7 days. After this period, we cannot file a claim or offer replacement/refund.
8. Multiple Items
If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to optimize delivery time.
9. Import Tax and VAT
Customs may charge VAT or import tax depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

11. Shipping Exclusions
Currently, we mainly face the United States market.
